Goal:
Our goal was to improve the position of our company's business profile in search results. We recently unveiled a refreshed version of our website and wanted our profile on Google also to reflect the improvements we had made to it.
Challenge:
The rapidly growing market for photovoltaic systems meant that there were a lot of strong competitors. As we wanted to gain and maintain a good Google ranking, it was no longer enough to set up a business profile. Changes of a technical nature and more advanced profile optimization were necessary for our business.
Action:
Localo showed us exactly the steps we needed to take to achieve our goal: improving the visibility of our business profile on Google. We have already optimized our website for SEO, so we knew the keywords that were important to us and that using them was necessary for the business's visibility.
The app prompted us to include them in the content of posts, which we found crucial to publish. We began our work on the profile by setting up the relevant categories - head and additional categories.
We started to publish Google profile posts routinely to keep our customers informed about current issues, new services, or other opening hours. Localo allows us to create and schedule posts directly in the app and publish them on the days we choose. We usually sit down to do this once and schedule a few posts ahead.
We also keep a regular flow of customer reviews with the Localo review solicitation poster with a QR code that, when scanned, takes our customers straight to Google's review posting view. We also use the Review Manager to respond to reviews directly from the Localo panel.
The result
The effects of our efforts appeared just one week after we started working with the tool. In addition, the well-optimized Google profile has also contributed to the faster positioning of our website in the search results. We are pleased with the tool and are already seeing the business effects of ensuring our company's visibility on Google.
