You have a 30-day period when you can unsubscribe from Localo if you are not satisfied with our tool. If you cancel your subscription within the first month, the costs will be refunded. After this period, the subscription fee will not be refunded. To get a refund, just click the Cancel subscription button and then drop us a line to [email protected]. Remember, clicking Cancel subscription means you lose access to the application and all the reports you have in there.

At Localo, we operate on a no long-term commitment basis. That means you pay for the subscription every billing period, monthly or annually, depending on your choice. You can cancel your package at Localo at any time. From then on, we will no longer charge you, and your account will remain active until the end of the billing period. You can cancel your subscription directly from the Localo application. Click your user icon in the top right corner and go to the Billing panel. Then, choose ‘Subscription’. There, you’ll be able to cancel or update your subscription.
