Located in Ten Sleep, a beautiful, quiet area of Wyoming, the Red Reflet (re-flay) is both a working ranch and luxurious Guest Ranch/Resort, that utilizes over 25,000 acres of land which range from 4,200' to 8,300' in elevation, and encompassing many spectacular landscapes. These landscapes transition from cacti desert to Aspen forests to deep limestone canyons fringed with giant Ponderosa Pines, to rolling sage covered hills, to multicolored rock layered canyons in the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains. But minutes away are the fascinating Castle Gardens and the lakes, streams, and trails of the 1,115,000 acre Big Horn National Forest, and nearly 200,000 acres of the Cloud Peak Wilderness with peaks to 13,175'. There is so much to explore and so many surprises, we are sure you will be delighted and enthralled.
Your vacation at the Red Reflet Guest Ranch is an all inclusive, unlike any other, and offers you unlimited activities on your personal schedule. Here is what you and your family or guests will have to choose from: Horse activities in our indoor or outdoor areas, including lessons, trail rides, cattle work, and off trail adventure rides and game spotting. All terrain vehicles, or ATVs (Yamaha Grizzly models) are available with lessons, varied terrain, miles of trails, and unlimited use. Fly fishing for trout on private streams is outstanding in season. Mountain bikes and Dirt bikes are available for the adventurous and there are many , many miles of trails on and off the ranch. The Ranch has a 30 x 50' swimming pool, gym, lighted tennis court, two climbing walls, rifle and skeet shooting, as well as an archery range.
Guest accommodations have great privacy, wonderful views, and are very luxurious. All Chalets offer a private hot tub, steam shower, fireplace, washer & dryer, complete kitchen, satellite Direct-TV, wireless Internet access, direct phone line and are stocked with snacks, beverages, and breakfast foods as you require.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Rates and Prices are subject to change until secured by a 25% deposit. Full payment is due 3 weeks before start of vacation. VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Personal checks are welcomed.

Check-in time is 2:00pm (early or late check-in may be available). Please call ahead. A charge per person will apply, depending on services required. Check-Out time is 10:00 am unless prior arrangements are made.

Deposits are refundable within 60 days of check-in date with a $150 booking fee, per person, for the cancellation. Deposits are not refundable within 60 days from the check-in date.

We maintain a service and staff ratio as required for First Class Hospitality and Guest Services and a 15% gratuity is included in the above rates. A State of Wyoming Sales & Lodging tax is also included – currently 6.6%.
