Equinoxe is located on Tremblant Resort, mountainside, directly above the main pedestrian village. The 12 acre site extends to the limit of Tremblant Provincial Park. Uniquely situated, it offers a quick 6 to 8 minute walk to the main pedestrian resort village with its activities and restaurants. At the edge of the pedestrian village is the private beach for our residents. As the highest neighborhood on Mont Tremblant, we are far enough away from the village to avoid the nuisance of the noise from late night frivolities. Our amazing views attract sightseers from throughout the area, but our gates maintain the exclusivity demanded by our guests. Those inclined to mild exertion can take a 15 minute walk 'up and over mountain' to the new Versant Soleil village and its new casino.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

In the event of cancellation or termination, we will attempt to find a substitute renter at the same rental amount. Your deposits will only be charged to the extent of our loss, plus a USD $25.00 administration charge.

OCCUPANTS

Renter agrees not to exceed the maximum number of people agreed upon without the Owner’s agreement.

TRANSFERABILITY

This Agreement is not transferable or assignable without Owner’s permission, and solely permits occupancy by the Renter and Renter’s invitees.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Renter agrees that they will take reasonable care of the residence during the period of occupancy, will adhere to the rules of the Condominium Association, the condominium’s owner, the management company of the Condominium Association, the rental management company, and all other entities exerting legal or managerial authority over the residence and the condominium complex. Renter agrees that they and any others for whom they are responsible in law shall not cause a nuisance to any other persons occupying any portion of the condominium complex, or interfere in any way with the reasonable enjoyment of other residents or their safety, and will conduct themselves in a first class manner, consistent with the exclusive nature of the condominium complex. Failure to conform to these standards will be cause for damages and for immediate termination of this license to occupy the premises, with no refund of any pre-paid occupancy fees. The determination of the Owner or his Agent of a breach of this paragraph, acting reasonably, will be final and absolute, and no appeal to any Court or Tribunal can be made from a decision to terminate the Renter’s license to occupy.

LIABILITY

Renter agrees to hold the Owner free from all liability, except for damages caused by the Owner’s gross negligence and to indemnify the Owner for any liability, claims, damages, costs, expenses and other outgoings caused by the Occupant, its guests or invitees.

DAMAGE

Renter shall be responsible for any loss and for any damage caused to the premises or the personal property of the Owner located in or at the premises during the term of this Occupancy Agreement, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Occupant shall notify the Owner of any loss or damage caused or discovered by Occupant.

MISCELLANEOUS

Whenever the term “Occupant” or “Renter” is used in this Agreement, it shall also refer to all others in Occupant’s party, and all guests or invitees of Occupant and each member of his or her party.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec.
