Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Bookings made more than 45 days before arrival:
- A deposit of 50% of the total stay at time of booking.
- Balance of the entire stay upon arrival.

The lease governed by these terms, then takes effect from the date of receipt of the deposit or full payment as appropriate.
Marrakech Medina reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which proof of payment or deposit or full as the case has not been received within 3 days of the date of confirmation.

2 - Payment of the balance.
- The balance must be made on arrival.
- The customer did not pay the balance on the agreed date is considered to have canceled his visit.
3 - Cancellation Policy.
If cancellation is due to the customer, either automatically for non-payment as provided in sections 1 and 2:

- More than 45 days before the date of commencement of rental: 50% of the rental price.

NB: No refund can be made if the customer does not appear on the day of arrival or can not present documents or other required police to his stay in Morocco. Failure to register at origin caused by delayed pre-carriage by air, rail, sea or land, whatever the cause, will be exempt from cancellation fees and shall not be responsible for Marrakech -Medina.
