Booking made more than 30 days before your arrival a 50% deposit is required.
Balance of booking is subject to the following terms.
Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival no refund of balance will be given.
14 Days prior to arrival 25% of deposit will be refunded.
30 Days priot to arrival 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Non arrival for a booking will be charged in full on the day your booking starts, unless you have notified us in advance.
