The apartment has 42 sqm. There is a very nice, large room, a cozy kitchen and a functional bathroom with shower.
The extremely spacious, big room has a cozy sitting area with television. The table with 4 chairs invites you to work and eat there. In the sleeping-area are 2 single beds that can be pushed together if desired.
The large sofa provides two additional beds (200x140 cm).
In the kitchen you find a good basic equipment for cooking and different, beautiful and useful design-objects, collected on the typical Berlin flea-markets.
The apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Between the Kollwitz-Platz, the Helmholz-Platz and the Kastanien-Allee.

In a 2-minutes walk you reach the subway, the Metro tram and the bus at the stop "Eberswalderstraße" (U2).
The apartment is located in an old and venerable „Gründerzeitbau“ from the year 1905.
The roads awake in the late, late morning to a vivid and very lively area until the late night. The flair is a mix of international, hot and colourful. At the same time, the apartment itself is very quiet. It is located just opposite oft the „Kulturbrauerei“, a cultural centre with various small shops, cinemas, theatres, cafés and restaurants, in the Kollwitzstraßen-area.
You are in the middle of all attractions the Prenzlauer Berg has to offer. I.e.: In a walk of 5 minutes you reach the famous Kastanienallee.

Free cancellations are generally possible, regardless of the booking date, as long as they are received in written form by PrenzlBed.com at least 4 weeks prior to the booked day of arrival. If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior the booked day of arrival, PrenzlBed.com may claim damages for non-performance from the guest in accordance with article 651, German Civil Code.

The following regulations apply: The levied cancellation fees when the customers does not arrive are depending on the accommodation charges in EURO as followes:

- from 15 days 40 %
- from 10 days 60 %
- from 5 days 80 %
- from 4 days 100 %

If the custumer has payed a deposit instead of the full amount of the booking, the due deposit remains to be paid in any case.
