This studio apartment is located in the side wing of a beautiful old house with wooden floors and high ceilings. All windows are facing the quiet, open and green couryards, so you will get all the silence you need for good night sleep. No street noise will disturb you here, but when you go out on the street, you are in the middle of everything Prenzlauer Berg stands for: Just around the corner: the famous Kollwitzplatz with all the little boutiques and restaurants, weekly markets and a lot of charme. A five minute walk away: the great Kastanienallee with a lot of young fashion designers and countless bars, cafes and galleries. If you like to experience some history: the only original part of the Berlin Wall is reachable within five minutes by tram. And don't miss the sunday flea market at Mauerpark (Just five minutes away). You can reach the center of Berlin with the tube U2. The station is less than five minutes away. Within 10 minutes you will be at Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden, within 15 minutes at Potsdamer Platz or Friedrichstraße and within 20 minutes at Zoo and Kurfürstendamm.
If you are into nightlife, this is a great location. The famous Berghain and a lot of other clubs are easy to reach.

If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior the booked day of arrival, PrenzlBed.com may claim damages for non-performance from the guest in accordance with article 651, German Civil Code.

The following regulations apply: The levied cancellation fees when the customers does not arrive are depending on the accommodation charges in EURO as followes:

- from 10 days 60 %
- from 5 days 80 %
- from 4 days 100 %

If the custumer has payed a deposit instead of the full amount of the booking, the due deposit remains to be paid in any case.
