Our completely renovated 70m ² Apartment "BONITO" is easily accessible via a lift in the building. The newly decorated flat features two attractive bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and thus provides more than enough room for 4.The living and dining area of this flat is spacious and attractive and invites you to linger. The living room has also two comfortable sofas, digital TV, hi-fi and wireless internet throughout the apartment.

In he fully equipped kitchen you find a 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and various kitchen utensils.
The new and completely renovated bathroom has a shower-bath with WC.
You have a supermarkt just in front of the haus.
The flat offers plenty of room for 4 people.

Our apartments are centrally located in Berlin Mitte near Friedrichshain.
Berlin-Mitte, with its many sights like: the Brandenburg Gate, the government quarter, Unter den Linden, the Nikolai district, the TV tower, the State Opera, the Museum Island, the Hackescher yards and Oranienburgerstrasse with its many restaurants, bars and original shops, can easily be reached on foot from any of the two apartments.

Whether you call them apartments or flats, they are ideal as a starting point for the numerous activities in the capital. There is only about 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz.

There are also places like: the Potsdamer Platz with its modern architecture, Friedrichstrasse can with many shops and the most beautiful square in Berlin, the Gendarmenmarkt, easily reached on foot or by public transport.

Policies

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

You can cancel any time the reservation contract until the beginning of the lease.

In this case, we will try to rent our apartment again.

The payment already done for the booking reservation will not be returned.

Non smoking apartments:
Our apartments in Berlin are absolutely non-smoking accommodations.

Arrivals / Departures:
On arrival, the flat will be available at 13:00h. Departure have to be before 10:00h.

Number of persons / children:
We rent apartments for the number of people specified and previously agreed with the owner ( 4 persons + 1 extra bed ), including children. Extra beds are available only with prior consultation.

Pets:
Your pets will have to stay home. To offer a pleasant stay to our guests, we keep our apartments outside chance of allergic reactions. We apologize for any inconvenience
